Call Centre Manager - P-time: This role will be working as part of a job share with one other P-time Call Centre Manager. You will be accountable for the operational daily running of the Call Centre. You will responsible for maximising sales through exceptional service. You will also be responsible for driving the call centre forward through planning, resourcing, and the overall customer experience and sales process..
Responsibilities :
- Strategic development - Project management - Responsible for outsources - Planning and resourcing for the Call Centre through constantly seeking new alternatives - Measure and track performances of Call Centre staff - Scheduling of staff and managing overtime - Ensuring sufficient staff are available to work and achieve service levels - Team management of Team supervisors with the reservations department - Developing and train the management team - To actively resolve an investigate customers feedback. - Motivation of staff
Skill required:
- Must be a "People" person - Excellent communicator - 5 yrs Call Centre Experience - 2 yrs Mgt experience - Sales focused and the ability to deliver results - Travel industry experience is desirable with knowledge of ATOP - Understanding of ACD, IVR, CRM and Telecoms systems
